Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Hvac industry, with the ability to effectively negotiate contracts and pricing. This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Hvac management processes. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Hvac sector.
• Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable agreements.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize construction estimating tools such as Bluebeam for accurate project proposals.
• Monitor project progress on construction sites to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability on projects.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met. Experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and pricing effectively.
• Familiarity with Hvac estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Experience in project management and cost control within a construction environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
