• BRICKELL MIAMI: Luxury Retailer Seeking Admin. Asst. for our Jewelry Showroom & Online E-Commerce Selling Platforms. Great Hours! 10:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday Join our Fast-growing Team! We are currently seeking a customer-friendly, talented and creative individual who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to help our team with various duties.
• Fast-paced environment with Large Sales volume.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask, time-management skills, and Detail-Oriented.
• Working with Online E-Commerce Programs - full training provided
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways preferred. Job

Requirements

:

• Manage/Fill incoming orders with Accuracy and Customer Follow-up
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Professional Verbal / Written Skills a must
• Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1-3 years of experience - Online applications and customer service.
• Full Background Check
• Mac computers, Office and Google Suite preferred
