QUALIFICATIONS FOR MATTRESS AND FURNITURE SALES ASSOCIATE Strong negotiation skills. Basic sales and business knowledge. Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations. COMPENSATION FOR MATTRESS AND FURNITURE SALES ASSOCIALTE Medical co-pay. One week paid vacation after one year. Commission based pay. Work Remotely
