SALES ESTIMATOR Join a leading state-certified General Contractor based in Bradenton, specializing in condominium exterior remediation projects. With over 2,500 projects completed since 1988, this firm is at the forefront of advancements in engineering and construction technology. : The role involves conducting take-offs, preparing detailed estimates and proposals, attending pre-bid meetings, and reviewing project specifications. Additionally, the position includes business development, engaging with industry organizations and events, delivering client presentations, and collaborating closely with the production team.

Compensation

Requirements

:

• At least 1 year of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a background in restoration.
• Familiarity with impact windows and doors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential.
• Experience with Xactimate is a plus.
• Capability to conduct field take-offs.
• Knowledge of ICRI: certifications, etc. Work Location:
