Wellbridge Corporate Office (Colorado Athletic Clubs) An Athletic Club Management Company Greenwood Village, CO Full-time We are looking for a Corporate Membership Account Representative! Who we are: Wellbridge owns and operates a variety of full-service, premiere athletic and tennis clubs across the country. Established more than 30 years ago with one location in CO, we have grown to 9 locations spanning 2 states. What our Membership Accounts Representatives are all about: Our Administrative/Membership Account Representatives are responsible for providing general administrative support to customer service call center department and receptionist support to corporate office.

Responsibilities

include:

• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Photocopying, scanning, indexing, renaming and filing paperwork.
• Data entry, database work and word processing.
• Answer, screen and route incoming office calls on multi-line system.
• Greet and guide office visitors.
• All other duties as assigned. What you are all about:

• You have excellent attention to detail.
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to work with others and office executives.
• You have a proven ability to maintain confidential information.
• You have the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• You are experience with AP and AR a plus.
• You have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in general administrative/receptionist office work preferably in customer service call center environment.

Compensation

: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Based on experience and qualifications. Wellbridge owns and operates a variety of premiere athletic and tennis clubs across the country. Established more than 30 years ago with one location in CO, we have grown to 9 locations spanning 2 states (CO, NM & MD).
