Full description of the position

We're on the lookout for an entrepreneurial minded candidate to take on a role with our Sales Team to engage the public with the benefits of Renewable Energy. As a Rooftop Power Consultant, you'll take charge of approaching individuals in diverse settings. You may also be involved in direct sales and representing us at events like county fairs and expos. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a solid sales background, and the ability to effectively communicate information about various products. The ideal candidate is someone who can establish genuine connections with people, promoting our company's products or ideas in a persuasive yet non-aggressive manner. This role calls for a hungry, competitive individual that wants to control their pay. Commissions are uncapped and upward mobility within the company should be a goal shared by both the candidate and management.

Responsibilities

:

• Memorize and deliver sales scripts or statements provided by the employer.
• Drive to designated canvassing locations.
• Approach and engage people outside of their homes, sharing information about the company and the product.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the product and aim to influence opinions positively.
• Gather personal information to set solid appointments.
• Conduct cold calls from the office, as needed.
• Arrive at appointments on time, and present products/solutions effectively.
• Retrieve all necessary documents, contracts, and other customer information at time of sale.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Achieve set quotas established by the company.
• Advocate for every potential customer honestly and with Integrity, as if they were friends/family

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a solar consultant is a plus!
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively sell ideas or products and influence opinions.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to keep up to date with a calendar, and handle your own schedule

• Earnings: $750-$3000+ /wk
• Annual: $50k-$225k+ /yr
• Weekly, Monthly, & Quarterly Bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $88,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
