In this role, the Customer Service Insurance Agent will build and maintain client relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including policy inquiries, coverage explanations, claims assistance, and billing support. This role involves a customer-focused approach to educating clients on insurance options while demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success. Salary: $30,000-$35,000/annually

• Must have or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license; Life & Health license preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is a plus.

• Self-motivated with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve proactively, and execute a detailed business plan.
