Duties

• Personally connecting with potential customers via door-to-door outreach and phone calls
• Pitching a product/service that people genuinely want or need (we'll train you!)
• Generating your own leads and following up on company-provided leads
• Mastering persuasive communication to close deals
• Tracking your wins and managing follow-ups using simple tools
• Building your own reputation and pipeline while reaping uncapped commissions

Qualifications

• Confidence, charisma, and the drive to win
• Experience in sales (door-to-door or phone) is a major plus -- but not required
• Comfort talking to new people and handling rejection like a pro
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay motivated
• A smartphone and reliable transportation
