About Us

: Bitania Harmony, a leader in the events industry, is seeking a proactive, bilingual (English-Spanish) Salesperson to join our team in Doral, Florida. This is a full-time , in-office position offering strong growth potential. Schedule: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

:

• Follow our established sales system and processes.
• Generate reports on leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
• Develop new client relationships and close new sales opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation through digital platforms.
• Maintain constant client communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide an exceptional client experience with professionalism and attention to detail. Ideal Candidate:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of sales experience (base salary + commission structure preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Experience with social media marketing and digital sales strategies.
• Background in or passion for the events industry.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Working towards sales goals and contributing to the overall revenueof the business.
• Familiarity with event rental products is a must. What We Offer:
