Responsibilities

of Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Processing customer orders
• Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
• Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
• Assisting the outside sales team by preparing prices and sourcing products

Qualifications

of the Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products include, but are not limited to:

• Inside Sales and Communication Skills
• Relationship Building and Customer Service Skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Data entry skills, organization and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and customer focus is required
• Previous experience with industrial filtration or a related field is a plus Physical Demand: Lift less than 30lbs

Working Conditions

: Office and Warehouse Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Job Type: Full-time
