Sales & Marketing Coordinator Hiptique | Woodland Hills, CA Hiptique is a beautifully curated, contemporary clothing boutique, recently relocated from Malibu to Woodland Hills. Our mission is simple: to provide an unparalleled shopping experience -- exceeding expectations through exceptional service, thoughtful curation, and genuine connection with our customers. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about contemporary fashion, excellence in client relations, and creativity in brand storytelling. This candidate will work directly alongside the CEO/Founder, shaping the future of Hiptique in our newest boutique.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience, cultivating long-term relationships and building a loyal clientele.
• Strategically drive in-store sales and assist in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Create sophisticated, brand-aligned social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Stories, Reels) that reflects the Hiptique aesthetic.
• Manage the marketing calendar, executing a consistent content schedule across platforms.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute in-store events and activations to strengthen client engagement and community presence.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses (luxury hotels, fitness studios, country clubs, chambers of commerce).
• Stay informed about designer collections, brand stories, and product details to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Lead by example, maintaining a high standard of customer service and teamwork as we grow our team. Ideal Candidate Profile:
• A true passion for fashion, styling, and selling -- with a relentless focus on client satisfaction.
• 5+ years of experience in contemporary retail sales, preferably a multi-brand boutique.
• Experience managing Client Book
• 3+ years of business-level social media content creation, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• A natural ability to connect with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Strong organizational skills, creative initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by the fast-paced environment of a growing boutique
• Preferable experience working in a small business environment Additional Information:
• Part-Time: Starting at 25+ hours/week, including regular weekends and some holidays.
