One of Cincinnati BEST auto dealers. Family owned and operated dealer, has an opportunity for a Service BDC Representative . Service BDC Representative Cashier money as needed audit the register as needed Inbound Calls transfer calls to advisor give accurate updates according to system notes give advisors messages as needed schedule service appointments for customer when customers are upset show empathy, and be eager to help Outbound Calls retrieve GM BDC reports/ lists provided using software making outbound call for customers to schedule outbound calls for promotions outbound follow up after purchase Creativity This position will require someone with a creative mind. We will rely on this person to come up with their own promotions to drive business into the Service Department. This person will also work with our vendors Better Car People, Epsilon, VIN Solutions etc. to sure the correct customer base is reached per our requests. Job Type: Full-time
