What will I do? Part client whisperer, part logistics wizard, the Account Manager ensures every order gets delivered on time, and keeps our warehouse team and clients on the same page. Client Relationship Management
• Act as the main liaison for eCommerce clients, ensuring their unique fulfillment needs are met.
• Develop strong, consultative relationships to drive client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Understand each client's brand, order volume trends, and customer expectations. Order Fulfillment Oversight
• Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor day-to-day operations and ensure seamless handling of high-volume spikes (e.g., during BFCM, holiday seasons, product launches).
• Assist clients with SKU setup, integrations, and other account setup. Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve order issues, shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, or billing questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations professionally and promptly.
• Use analytics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support client growth strategies. Hours and pay?
• Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm. Some Saturday shifts required. Must work 2 holidays per year.
• $21-28/hr, depending on experience. What you bring to the table:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly with DTC (direct to consumer) eCommerce operations is required.
• Strong customer service experience, with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction is required.
• Familiarity with 3PL systems & WMS, fulfillment processes is STRONGLY preferred (candidates with experience with ShipHero WMS is ideal).
• Experience with Amazon FBA and retail fulfillment is a plus. Skills

• You're proactive. You anticipate client needs and come with solutions, considering second order implications.
• You think beyond the ask. You can look through what the client is asking for to understand what they really need and deliver.

• You're tech-savvy. We use some awesome software that requires a good understanding of computers and ability to easily troubleshoot issues.
