Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agent to join our team. As an Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Must have an active Real Estate Salespersons license

Responsibilities

: - Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale - Assist clients in residential buying and selling - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders - Manage property listings and maintain accurate documentation - Provide guidance on real estate laws and regulations - Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions Experience: - Proven experience in sales or real estate industry - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of real estate law and property management practices - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous Please do not waste my time.
