• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services to clients.
• Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets on a regular basis. An ideal candidate:
• Possesses superior phone presence and oral communication skills
• Demonstrates motivation, determination and perseverance
• Maintains a high level of personal and professional organization
• Expresses a desire for a career in sales
• Uses critical thinking and problem solving strategies to overcome obstacles
• Maintain and regularly update customer records in the CRM and other internal systems to ensure accuracy, support sales activities, and enhance customer relationship management
