Signing Bonus payable after 120 days of continuous employment. Signing bonus will be a % of your sales up to a cap. Custom Climate is a residential HVAC Company in Sarasota and is locally owned. We have a great opportunity for the right person to grow with us. We want a technically competent and competitive service/sales person who can sell while at same time making sure we always maintain a good relationship and reputation with our customer base. Technology and Customer Reviews Check our reviews on Google. We have a 4.7 rating and receive frequent reviews. Our field techs use Service Titan software to manage their jobs, present proposals and accept payments. Ipad's are provided to our field techs. Experience with that software or something similar is important.

Compensation

and Sign On/Retention Bonus Our pay structure is one of the richest in the area. It is a strategic advantage to us so we do not disclose publicly. Please inquire as to our rich compensation program. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
