Brunswick +) Earnings Potential: $52,000 base draw salary + bonus opportunities -- unlimited earning potential - $100K+ Are you passionate about home improvement? • What You 'll Do
• Meet with homeowners in person to promote and sell WindowRama's industry-leading products and installation services
• Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and conduct home visits
• Measure and record window and door dimensions for precise ordering
• Input sales orders and customer notes into our CRM
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients
• Represent WindowRama with professionalism, energy, and integrity
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
• Negotiate contracts and confidently close deals

• Required Education & Experience
• 2-3 years of prior sales experience, preferably in home improvement or related industry
• Strong product knowledge of windows, doors, or building materials
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results
• Valid driver's license and active automobile insurance
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to work 100% remotely and travel to customer appointments using reliable transportation
