Full description of the position

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY Demonstrate full product knowledge of brand (product features, price points, fabrications, fit, promo codes)
• Full knowledge of stock availabilities and sell outs.
• Maintain shop appearance at all times, keeping our space organized, clean and well presented at all times.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged and finger spaced at all times.
• Complete all store transactions: new orders, returns, exchanges.
• Help one client at a time.
• Clean up and recover after helping a client before moving onto the next task.
• In instances where you need to start breaks or step off the floor, sales associates are to pass over the client to the next available person to help.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
• Contribute to shop clientele book.
• Complete opening and closing checklist
• Be in company uniform during work shifts.
• Report to Keyholders and store managers.
