Furniture & Mattress Discount King is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate for our Lancaster location! Join our team at one of the most successful discount furniture stores in central PA. We offer a fun, professional work environment with amazing income and growth potential! Furniture & Mattress Discount King has been a family owned and operated business for over 30 years. Must have previous sales and management experience. Basic Function: Strives to build long-term customer relationships that will lead to increased sales and profitability. Ability to help the customer through the selection process to achieve sales objectives, store standards and other duties to create a professional, pleasant experience!

Duties

: - Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory - Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with excellent time management skills - Highly organized with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Compensation
