Duties

- Provide comprehensive financial planning services to clients - Assess clients' financial situations and develop personalized strategies - Educate clients on various financial products and services - Assist clients with insurance sales and benefits administration - Conduct outside sales activities to expand client base and reach sales targets - Market financial products and services to potential clients - Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner - Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments - Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals Skills - Proven experience in insurance sales or related field - Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes - Demonstrated success in outside sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to market financial products effectively - Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, as it allows for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is a plus - Multilingual abilities are an asset, as they enable communication with diverse client populations If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance and helping others achieve their financial goals, we would love to hear from you.
