Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a sales- focused role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties

: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets - Generate leads through various channels, including telemarketing, networking, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, explaining insurance coverage options and benefits - Customize insurance policies to meet the specific needs of clients - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies Skills: - Strong knowledge of insurance products and services - Proven track record in insurance sales or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships - Proficient in sales administration and CRM software - Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, are highly desirable - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
