Overview

: We are seeking a highly-skilled Marketing Accounts Manager to oversee and manage client marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, paid advertising, content creation, and copywriting , along with proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads (META), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Create compelling and conversion-focused content and copywriting for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media.
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and craft customized marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
• Manage and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to create high-quality marketing assets.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns effective and innovative.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and conversion rates.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in marketing account management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong expertise in email marketing platforms (Instantly, Reply.io, Mailshake, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a focus on high-converting campaigns.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Zapier & make and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , handling multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies and platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing campaigns.
