Position Summary

: The Marketing and Sales Director will drive revenue by developing and executing compliant, strategic marketing campaigns and managing multi-channel sales efforts across retail, wholesale, and digital platforms. This role demands both creative vision and operational excellence within the evolving cannabis landscape.

Key Responsibilities

:S ales Strategy & Execution

• Build and manage a high-performance sales team to increase revenue through dispensaries, wholesale, and e-commerce.
• Develop pricing strategies, incentive programs, and promotional plans.
• Expand retail partnerships and drive B2B sales with licensed cannabis businesses. Marketing & Branding
• Lead all branding initiatives, product launches, packaging strategy, and customer acquisition efforts.
• Develop and execute compliant marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across product lines while adapting to changing regulations. Compliance & Market Understanding
• Ensure all marketing and sales activities align with state and federal cannabis regulations (THC/CBD limits, labeling laws, etc.).
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities. Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage marketing and sales teams including field reps, digital marketers, and designers.
• Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team culture. Performance & Analytics
• Manage sales and marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, sell-through rate, market share) and report to executive leadership.
