Overview

:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist individuals interested in health insurance plans.
• Communicate the benefits and features of various health insurance options with clarity and confidence.
• Provide personalized quotes and offer expert guidance to help clients select the best plan to suit their needs.
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage in outbound and inbound sales calls to connect with potential clients.
• Communicate via email and text to follow up with clients and prospects.
• Cross-sell additional products to existing clients, enhancing their experience with our services.
• Meet performance goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the industry. What We 're Looking For:
• Health and Life Insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology.
