What You 'll Do:

• Lead daily operations across several active commercial sites
• Manage a team of cleaners, supervisors, and crew leads
• Keep clients happy and solve problems fast
• Own the schedule, supply orders, and site performance
• Track activity in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Be available for after-hours issues when needed
• Work directly with our operations and sales teams What You Need:
• 3-8 years of operations or facilities leadership experience
• A janitorial industry or similar background is helpful but not required
• Strong communicator with solid follow-through
• Valid license, personal vehicle, and professional appearance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment What You Get:
