Full description of the position

• 20 Hours Per Week.
• Not a Holiday/Seasonal Position.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Answer all phone calls and booking of grooming appointments.
• Check-in/check-out all grooming customers and complete all retail sales.
• Deliver superior customer service to all retail/grooming customers with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Listen and offer customers educated suggestions based on pet needs.
• Respond to customer needs, special requests and complaints and alert the manager as needed.
• Follows Woof Gang Bakery operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security.
• Assist with inventory, stocking of shelves and special orders.
• Be able to lift 45+ pounds.
• Maintain the stamina to stand for long periods of time.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store environment.
• Open and close the store (including POS reports).
• Baking & Decorating doggie treats & cakes.
• Keep store clean of doggie accidents, dust & dog hair. 'Work Location: One locationWork Remotely No Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $11.00 per hour
