Description: We are seeking an experienced inside sales representative to to fill a new full-time inside sales position in our growing Rock Hill, SC branch. Our inside sales representatives are responsible for providing our customers with great experiences as they convert calls into orders, handle customer issues, perform follow ups, and call new leads. In addition to customer interaction, they must source and quote product, process orders and returns, and maintain our databases. Candidates must be service oriented and have a great attitude. They must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

:

• Handle inbound calls converting into sales
• Quote products
• Process customer orders
• Process customer/vendor returns
• Place orders with manufacturers
• Resolve customer issues
• Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and orders
• Prospect for customers via cold calls
• Handle after hours calls
• Maintain customer and part databases

Requirements

:

• Minimum 4 years inside sales experience
• Experience selling electric motors, PT, controls and/or VFD's
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques
• Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Must be computer literate Salary:
