• Create, enter and updates sales orders based upon client purchase orders, equipment receipts and salesperson/client direction.
• Create written equipment repair quotes form details provided by our estimating dept.
• Provide internal coordination upon release of a client repair.
• Maintain detailed customer and repair records.
• Research data and create reports for Sales, Clients, Production and Accounting as needed.
• Create documentation requested by clients.
• Answer telephone, take and relay messages and provide information to callers.
• Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and fax.
• General administrative and clerical support.
• Work closely with all other departments internally.
• All other duties assigned
