If you answered YES, then HOTWORX Naples is here for you! This position is hourly plus commission/bonus based! HOTWORX 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studios offer 24-hour access for unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Stretch, HOT Yoga, HOT Pilates, HOT Buns, HOT Cycle and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME! We also have a CROSS FUNCTIONAL area with free weights and personal training sessions via our APP. We have an immediate need for part-time (open to be full-time), long-term Membership Sales Associates in our professional and exciting fitness studio. Our ideal candidate will have previous commission-based sales experience, be reliable/dependable, a motivated go getter, and thrive in a customer-service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. We are looking to hire someone as part-time to begin with but with the opportunity for growth to full-time and being our lead Sales Associate or General Manager if the right fit for both parties. Responsible for both inside and outside membership sales, a HOTWORX Sales Associate will:

• Assist members during their visits by greeting with a smile, answering questions with a smile, and providing instruction where required with a smile
• Retain and grow our membership base by generating and following through on leads
• Prospect and promote outside in order to sell new memberships
• Conduct community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads
• Provide ongoing customer service with a smile
• Ensure Members Cards and billing are up to date
• Sell HOTWORX merchandise and health products to members with a smile
• Initiate and promote member engagement
• Post on our social media platforms
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service and member relations
• Commission motivated to lead
• A passion for fitness
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft, and comfortable learning new systems
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (upon hire) You will be trained in the technology and how the systems work. Our studio offers 24-hour access and unlimited sessions for our members We are looking to hire a sales associate to start at a couple weekday shifts and possible Saturday shifts (10:30am-4pm). If it is the right fit, there is room to grow into a lead sales associate position/management and full time. You can also receive extra hours or bonuses by doing outreach events for the company.
