Daily operations

• Exterior home inspections to diagnose storm damage.
• Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings.
• Assist Homeowners through the insurance process.
• Sales process: Sign contingency agreements with the Client after assessing damages.
• Meet various representatives at the property.
• Generate new business by door knocking/business networking/events.
• Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections/contracts signed.
• Methodically manage your sales funnel and job pipeline.
• Maintain constant communication with Office and Homeowners.
• Manage Jobsite during build day.
• Use SalesForce CRM to manage jobs.
• Pickup and return materials if needed.
• Collect checks.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 20 feet required. Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $52,689.00 - $200,000.00 per year Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay:
