Full description of the position

The Big Task You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming and outbound customer calls into booked service appointments. Key Sub Tasks

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to fill 3-day call board as necessary
• Inside sales, following up on all unbooked opportunity calls and estimates
• You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
• Administrative duties as tasked / needed Desired Skills and Experience
• Proved track record in customer service.
• Proved track record in inside sales is a plus.
• Competent in dealing with customer conflict.
• Enjoys people and comfortable with speaking with clients by phone.
• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible and ability to swift tasks when needed.
• Great attitude on life and contribute to our standards of company culture. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
