Responsibilities

: - Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team. - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers. - Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. - Maintain office calendars and ensure timely reminders. - Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service. - Transcribe notes and documents as needed. - Manage office supplies and inventory. - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Requirements

: - Previous experience in an office administrative assistant role preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software. - Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently. - Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus. - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
