Full description of the position

Duties

- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs and ADT security. Provide information on available products and services - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money - Create customized solar energy solutions based on customer's energy usage, budget, and goals - Prepare and present proposals to customers, outlining the cost savings and return on investment of solar energy systems - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation process and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the Salesforce CRM system

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers - Skills to close deals and overcome objections - Spanish or other multilingual abilities is a plus - Knowledge of so) - Motivated individual Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
