Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of remodeling concepts. This role involves collaborating with clients to create innovative designs that meet their needs while ensuring project feasibility and functionality. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into reality, utilizing your skills in design software and client management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision and requirements.
• Utilize Mozaik software to create detailed design plans and layouts.
• Develop remodeling concepts that align with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Manage the sales process by presenting design proposals and negotiating terms effectively.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including stock inventory and account management records.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance design offerings. Skills
• Proficiency in Mozaik 20/20 software for creating accurate design plans.
• Experience in remodeling projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Sales skills to effectively present designs and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for projects.
• Proficient in English for clear communication with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions related to design services.
