Responsibilities

:

• Represent our clients at live, face-to-face events, promoting their products and services to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
• Lead engaging presentations and product demonstrations (depending on the client)
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services, as well as those of competitors
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally
• Complete new customer registrations and ensure accurate data entry
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports to clients for feedback
