• Physical Capabilities: This job requires you to walk up ladders and stand on roofs. Winners who love to CLOSE who brings their A game with them every day will surpass $50k+ in commissions their first year.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the designated territory through door-knocking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and assess client's needs and insurance coverage in order to provide accurate and detailed quotes and path forward
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Present and explain roofing products, services, and financing options to clients.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Actively maintain sales CRM account as updated information on potential clients is obtained
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing products, services, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience
