Responsibilities

:

• Engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their needs and budge
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and trade-in evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and dealership policies.

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
