Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Engage with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored rental or purchase solutions.
• Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in equipment rental, sales, or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
