L3 Resources is an Oil & Gas mineral rights and royalties acquisition company headquartered in Houston, TX. We are focused on working directly with mineral owners to acquire mineral rights throughout the United States. L3 Resources is currently a top 3 mineral buyer in the STACK and SCOOP plays in Oklahoma and the basins in Texas. L3 Resources has a laid-back, high performance culture where everyone is expected to help each other succeed. We value proactive, self motivated individuals who exhibit smarts, effort and accuracy. The chosen candidate(s) will be trained by management, equipping them with all the needed tools to be a successful player in a booming industry. The Acquisitions team comes in to the office everyday, M-F, 9am-5pm. In this role you will speak to prospective mineral owners by phone, extending offers ($$$) to purchase their mineral rights. The goal is to get mineral owners to agree to our offer and get deals signed . Must be bright, a willing learner, and able to give maximum effort. Previous upstream O&G or mineral acquisitions experience is not necessary. Entrepreneurial or Sales driven people tend to thrive in this role. We are seeking people proficient in cold-calling and client engagement. We offer 3 months of paid training. This role is a commission only position that pays very competitively when compared to other sales roles.
