Sales Representative - Fresh Cut Flowers Join the team at Sunflower Farms Distributors, a leading supplier of fresh cut flowers to wholesalers, retailers, and event planners in South Florida. With over 40 years of industry experience, we're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to help us continue to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

: - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth - Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to expand our customer base - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment - Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless logistics and delivery - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

: - 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the floral or hospitality industry - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail - Familiarity with Teams software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications
