We're a fast-growing, tech-enabled storm restoration company focused on innovation, transparency, and building strong relationships -- not pushing contracts at all costs. What You 'll Actually Do

• Show up to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners who already want their roof looked at
• Inspect the roof and document possible storm damage (we'll train you on exactly what to look for)
• Communicate clearly with the homeowner about next steps in the insurance claim process
• Get the contingency agreement signed
• Submit notes through our CRM (JobNimbus) and hand the deal off to the claims team
• Keep the homeowner updated with friendly, consistent communication
• Cultivate referrals and nearby opportunities What Makes This Role Different

Who You Are

• You're great with people -- friendly, trustworthy, and a clear communicator
• You're organized and don't let details slip
• You're comfortable getting up on a roof to take photos and assess damage
• Experience in roofing or insurance is not required -- we will train you with everything you need to know What Success Looks Like
• 3-5 appointments per day (booked for you)
• Signed contingency agreements passed off to the claims team
• Homeowners feel taken care of and in the loop
• New business generated through strong relationships and smart follow-up

Qualifications

• No prior roofing or insurance experience required -- we'll train you on everything you need to succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- you know how to build trust quickly and explain things clearly
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and guiding them through a step-by-step process
• Detail-oriented -- you document accurately and follow up without being reminded
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
• Ability to learn and follow a proven system -- we have a playbook, and you need to run it
• Coachable -- open to feedback and willing to improve
