Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities between account managers, lenders, and internal teams
• Track lead flow, campaign performance, and sales activity using CRM and reporting tools
• Assist with onboarding new partners and maintaining accurate records of lender information
• Communicate effectively with both external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor active pipelines, identify performance trends, and compile sales reports
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills--professional, clear, and confident in both written and verbal formats
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks
• Previous experience in lead generation, financial services, or a sales support role is a plus
