PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Excellent Customer Service: Effectively work with customers to find a camper to fit their desires and needs Communicate Professionally: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers and coworkers Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, finance teams, and fellow sales consultants Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that every customer leaves the dealership feeling as if they are important and a priority to Markquart REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred
• A history of high performance required
• Customer Service Experience required
• Intermediate computer and smartphone skills required
• A passion for people and sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
