Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business development efforts and supporting our sales initiatives. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and ensure a seamless sales process. Your ability to manage relationships and provide exceptional service will be key to our success in the B2B technology sales market. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Communication Support:
• Answer customer inquiries via Facebook, email, and phone calls.
• Provide initial information about trailers and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• CRM Management:
• Add new customers to the CRM system.
• Update and maintain customer profiles and sales leads.
• Documentation Preparation:
• Prepare purchase agreements and other sales documents.
• Ensure all required paperwork is accurate and ready for each trailer sale.
• Administrative Assistance:
• Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized filing system for sales records. Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with experience in data entry or CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales processes.
• Familiarity with the trucking or trailer industry is a plus but not mandatory. Suggested

Compensation

: Given that this is a part-time role and tasks involve communication, data entry, and light administrative work, the compensation can be structured as an hourly rate or a fixed monthly rate. For example:

• Hourly Rate: $15-$20/hour (depending on experience and location).
