Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent customer relationship skills, the ability to manage a business transaction, and the ability to adapt to our sales software to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Utilize BIT sales software for tracking sales activities, analyzing market trends, and forecasting future sales.
• Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and customer engagement.
• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Person or similar role in marine or direct sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of territory management principles and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in computer software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
