We are seeking a skilled Sales & Front Desk Manager to lead sales initiatives and oversee front desk operations in our upscale clinic.

Job Description

: As the Sales & Front Desk Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless front desk operations. This hybrid role combines strategic sales leadership with receptionist duties, requiring a dynamic professional with a passion for aesthetics and client service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage CRM to track leads and client interactions.
• Oversee front desk tasks, including scheduling, client greetings, and handling inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to promote services and specials.

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years of sales experience in plastic surgery and/or med spa industry (required).
• Proven proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience in front desk or receptionist roles, with strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
