Responsibilities

: -Drive sales individually and for store. Meet your sales quota and earn monthly commission bonus. This a retail sales position with a daily sales goal and opportunity to earn monthly commission (Guaranteed Hourly Rate, $15-16 + Commission Opportunity) - Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing a memorable shopping experience - Learn about our wide range of products and make personalized recommendations to meet customer needs - Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain a vibrant and organized sales floor, showcasing our exciting merchandise - Restock inventory and ensure shelves are well-stocked at all times - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment - Embrace and uphold company policies and procedures to deliver exceptional service - Stay updated on new products and promotions to provide the best experience for customers
