Responsibilities

: - Conduct cold calls and engage in outbound sales activities to generate leads and expand customer base - Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including addressing inquiries and resolving any issues - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets - Provide sales support by assisting customers with financing options, trade- in evaluations, and paperwork - Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position products

Requirements

: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or automotive environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments - Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and financing options - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed sales goals - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
