Inside Sales Representative Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234 (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation

: $40,000 base + bonuses + uncapped commission Year 1 OTE: $65K-$80K average | Top performers earn $100K+ What We Do We help people get home essential services set up--all in one quick call. You'll be selling real solutions, not just products, and every lead you speak with has already expressed interest--no cold calling. What You 'll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold prospecting)
• Help customers choose and activate home services tailored to their needs
• Close 5-8 deals per day in a quick, one-call sales cycle (20-30 minutes)
• Work toward clear, achievable goals with full support and coaching
• Log all activity in Salesforce and stay on top of your pipeline

• At least 6 months of sales experience (retail, fitness, phone sales, or in-home sales all count)
• Confident communicators who can overcome objections and close with ease
• Coachable, competitive, and eager to improve daily
• Local candidates (within 30 miles of 75234) authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points For
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
