Granite counter top company in Pittsburgh looking for a Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

include:

• Greet and assist walk in customers
• Answer Phones
• Read customers kitchen layout
• Input the layout into the quote program to provide an estimate
• Schedule measurements and installations
• Assist with daily paper filing/faxing/printing
• Assist with contractor quotes

Requirements

:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of basic Math and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
• Must be able to work Saturday's 9am-3pm. Week day hours are 8am-5pm. Job Location: 1024 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Pittsburgh PA 15220 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
